Photo ID Card Info
Photo ID cards are required for all players in ABC's youth sports programs. This is a requirement of the league organizations of which ABC is a member park.
This insures that ages of players are properly validated and that they are placed in the correct age division for each sport. It also provides for instant age verification if needed during the season WITHOUT requiring birth certificates to be on file or to carry them around whenever and wherever you play games.
New players to our sport programs or players with expired ID's must come to one of the ID card sessions scheduled prior to each sport's season.
NOTE: Some ID card sessions are scheduled AFTER the sign-up sessions for each sport. You CAN sign-up for our sport programs first, then obtain the ID card on the dates below!
Upcoming Photo ID Card Sessions:
- For the 2017 Basketball season
- Monday, January 2 -- 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm -- in the Field House
- For the 2017 Baseball-Softball season
- Saturday, February 18 -- 10:00 am to 2:00 pm -- in the Field House

The player -- this is a requirement for a "photo" ID!
Proof of age -- original or certified copy of birth certificate (we verify it, but we DON'T keep a copy of it), OR government issued ID with photo AND date of birth (such as a driver's license), OR an expired NCTL or ABC ID card
NOTE: If you have had a card made on our computerized ID system before, we will have "proof of age" on file. We take an updated picture for the new card and you are on your way... simple as that!!!
Cost of the ID card -- $5.00
ID cards are valid for 3 years. Your ID card can be used for all sports at ABC. At the end of each sport season, get your ID card from your team manager so that it may be used for other sports, if needed.
